Having owned it for more than 10 years, I can honestly say that I enjoy it more than ever - it's wonderful position on the sunset side of the island in Cala Gració offers it all. Whether chilling by the pool and enjoying the panoramic sea views, going to the beach or exploring the islands hidden gems, nothing is far out of reach. There is a bustling nightlife not far away for those looking to dance the night away...
The beautifully appointed 1500 sq ft apartment, featuring 3 bedrooms, triple aspect sea views, a stunning pool and costal path at the rear of the property. Only minutes on foot away from the sandy Cala Gracionetta cove and Cala Gració beach.

Local Info
Eating and Drinking Locally
Rita's Cantina, out of the back gate and keep walking for 25 mins. Well run family cafe - good food, not over priced and consistent.
Cala Gracio beach has a cafe, left out of the aprtment and walk straight down the the beach.
La Farandula - 2 mins walk, turn left out of the apartment then first right. Serves lunches and dinners , beautiful bar with outside garden at night - open until around 3am.
Zebra Restaurant - turn right out of apartment up to roundabout and turn right. It is 200m on the RHS. Great food, sensible prices and well run.
Restaurant Chamoix - turn right out of apartment up to the roundabout and turn right. It is 30m on the RHS. Looks a bit old and basic but the food is excellent/ consistent at decent prices - locals eat there mostly. Great BBQ daily.
Sa Capella - a converted ancient Ibizencan stone chapel. Pricey but super romantic. 20 mins walk from apartment, turn right up to roundabout , straight over up to next roundabout and turn left. Walk up the hill and you'll see a small roundabout - you can see the restaurant on the right up the side road.

Beaches
Cala Gracionetta, 8-10 mins walk. Turn left out of the apartment and follow the road down the Cala Gració beach. Cross the beach and walk up the stone steps, then 50m up in the left is a turning down a dust track which leads to the beach. There is a beautiful restaurant here though it is a little expensive.
There is a small pebble beach immediately if you turn left out of the rear gate of the apartmnent down some steps. 1 minutes walk away.

Hostal La Torre - bar and restaurant - simply stunning. Breakfast , lunch or dinner. Sunsets and cocktails are sensational. 4 mins by cab or 35 mins walk.
Ibiza town - 45 minutes by bus or 20 mins and 30 euros by taxi. The old town and castle is full of boutique shops and eateries. You will want to go again if you go once!
The Golden Buddah bar for drinks and food and sunset 8 mins walk from the apartment -out of the back gate and turn left and keep walking.
Cafe Mamo - drinks , sunset and great bustling atmosphere with famous DJ's often playing. 12 mins walk out of the back gate and keep walking follwoing the pavement around. You'll pass lots of restaurants and ice cream sellers.
Nightclubs - Pacha, Ibiza town, HI IBIZA, Playa D'en Bossa 20 mins cab, UVRS (Universe) San Rafael - 10 mins cab, Es Paradis (San Antonio) 30 mins walk, Eden (San Antonio) 30 mins walk.
Beach Clubs
Blue Marlin - 20 mins cab, Ocean Beach - daytime (San Antonio) 40 mins walk, plus there are many more.
Formenterra - day trip on ferry from Ibiza town. Cost approx 45 euros per person, you can take a car on the ferry though not necessary. Ferry takes 45 mins. Playa La Pirata is a huge turquouse blue lagoon - you can stand the day there. Prefect to swin in for all ages. 5 mins by taxi from the ferry port. Google it to see more.
